STEP 7: Clean all parts before proceeding with assembly.

STEP 8: Place O-rings (4 places) into counterbores on Expansion Ring [Fig 6]. O-rings will seal water passage between Expansion Ring and Reamer Core.

STEP 9: Align Expansion Ring dowel holes with fixed dowels on Reamer Core and install [Fig 7].

STEP 10: Insert 5/8” Bolts (4 places) through the back of the Expansion Ring and thread into Reamer Core [Fig 8]. Torque Bolts to 210 ft-lb.

STEP 11: Install Water Jet Nozzles into Reamer Core [Fig 9] and Expansion Ring [Fig 10]. Nozzles may be installed at any time during assembly.

STEP 12: Attach Pulling Eye [Fig 10] using the nut and bolt supplied.
